Is Subway really a healthier choice for fast food?

Group 1: Subway has more options on healthier eating.You decide what to add on. As a consumer-need to be aware of calories,transfats... to be healthy.

Subway has a better selection of sandwiches with less fat but the calories are about the same. There are healthier options with all the veggies to choose from.

We feel that Subway is healthier than Burger King. Subway has some sandwiches that have a higher fat content than items on the Burger King menu. However, Subway's highest fat content sub is 30g where Burger King's items are about that high on average. Also with a subway sandwich you can have that as entire meal without the sides.

There's a lot more healtier options that you can get from Subway for less fat grams than Burger King.

Subway rocks! Subway offers more options and allows the customer to make choices.
