Subway is way better because it has less fat grams and less calories then most anything on a McDonald's menu!

Absolutely! Subway is definitely healthier than McDonald's because as you compare calories and total fat, Subway comes in lower every time. For example, you can eat a 6 inch black forest ham sub loaded with veggies for a total of 4.5 grams of total fat and 290 calories. Add a diet soda but no additional fat or calories. At McDonald's, one small cheeseburger is 12 grams of fat and 300 calories and not very filling. Add the fries at 11 grams of fat and 380 calories and you're way over the Subway limit.

Subway is healthier than McDonald's if you don't add dressing or chesse. Subway has less calorie, total fat, and higher grams of protein.

Thinking about the black forest ham sandwich I eat, I am glad to see it is low in calorie and fat. I finish the meal and am satisfied...different than eating a fattening meal at McDonald's and am hungry 30 minutes later!

Subway is just like McDonald's if you make poor choices. Now if you are a healthy eater Subway has far more options and is generally more filling than McDonalds. Besides you can't argue with Jarrod, Micheal Phelps, Kim Kardashian's ex-husband, Justin Tuck, or any of the other dozen athletes that endorse Subway.

Subway CAN be as unhealthy as Macs if you don't make smart decsions. Subway IS better if you focus on the 6 grams of fat or less menu...it all comes down to good decisions and that means NO 12' subs for one meal!

McDonald's has a wider variety of choices and you would be able to have many items on your plate; however it mostly fried. Subway could be healthier as long as you get the right bread, no cheese, and no condiments, depending on the sandwhich.
